Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage customer invoicing, subcontractor billing, and customer account maintenance.
What You'll Do:
✅ Prepare and submit customer invoices with supporting documentation
✅ Upload invoices through customer portals and email submissions by required deadlines
✅ Maintain subcontractor agreements and process related invoicing
✅ Post invoices accurately to customer accounts
✅ Track and follow up on outstanding billing items
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Participate in project management meetings and provide billing updates
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Experience with data entry and invoicing processes
✔ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
