Billing Administrator- Stafford, TX

We are searching for a direct hire Billing Administrator for our growing construction client. This is an onsite role with a great benefits package and culture. 

 Billing Administrator duties:
  • Assist project managers
  • Write purchase orders
  • Follow up with vendors and subcontractor’s forms, etc.
  • Create billings for customers
  • Organize and keep bids up to date
  • Create bid packages for managers
Requirements: 
  • MS Office Skills
  • Progress billings
  • Construction Industry experience
