Job Description
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through settlement/closing
- Handle a high-volume caseload (100+ cases)
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers
- Order and review medical records and supporting documentation
- Draft litigation complaints and discovery responses
- Maintain organized case files and monitor deadlines
- Assist attorneys throughout the litigation process
- 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
