Customer Service Representative An international cement distributor is actively hiring experienced Spanish Customer Service Representatives for their team in northwest Houston!
Job Details:
  • Base pay is $18.00-20.00/hr DOE
  • Flexible to any shift between 6am – 7pm Monday through Friday and open to overtime! 
  • Processes a variety of customer transactions in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
  • Confers with plant production and yard personnel to establish delivery schedules according to factors such as truck capacities, distances to delivery site, and unloading time
  • Confers with customer services representative regarding scheduled times for customer deliveries
  • Generates invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents
  • Assigns drivers for scheduled deliveries of concrete products

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of call center experience required!

  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
