Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative A retail electricity company is actively hiring experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for their growing call center team! We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who can provide exceptional customer service and upsell electricity contracts.

*Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, any shift between 7am-6pm; rotating Saturdays 8am-noon
*In Office - Greenway Plaza area (77098 zip code)
Job Description:
  • Manages all incoming sales inquiries by phone and email to assist new and existing customers
  • Based on information provided by the customers, discuss and assist customers to match with the most suitable price plan and promotion/incentive that fits their energy needs
  • Provide efficient and quality customer service to all customer segments via telephone and email communications
  • Renew energy contracts and retain current customers
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of call center experience required
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Good typing and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to resolve issues with the best resolution in mind
  • Familiar with call center metrics such as CSAT, ASAT, NPS, Renewals, AHT, Quality and ability to meet them on a monthly basis.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to sell renewal products
  • Ability to perform off-phone activities
