As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing processes, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve compliance. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements within our industry.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct Compliance Audits: Plan, execute, and report on compliance audits to assess the company's adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct annual risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas of concern, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Documentation Review: Examine company policies, procedures, contracts, and other relevant documentation to ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and financial records to detect irregularities or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to be taken.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to address compliance concerns and implement solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance program remains effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Law, or Compliance).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics & compliance auditing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the industry.
• Professional certifications in compliance, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance Auditor (CCA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), are a plus.
