Job Description
A growing private audiology practice in the Greater Houston area is seeking an Audiologist to join its team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused clinic with a strong reputation in the community. You’ll work within a supportive team while also having the autonomy to help shape and expand services in a newly developed office environment.

Opportunity to help build a vestibular program from the ground up

Balanced caseload including diagnostics, amplification, and specialty services
Ability to expand into areas like cochlear implants (based on interest)
Strong support for community outreach and local engagement
What you’ll be doing
Comprehensive diagnostics and patient counseling
Hearing aid fittings utilizing real-ear verification
Tinnitus evaluations and treatment (including Lenire)
Assistive listening device (ALD) dispensing and education
Participation in vestibular services development
Building relationships with patients, physicians, and the community
What we’re looking for
Au.D. and active Texas Audiology license
Evidence-based clinical approach
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
Interest in community outreach and practice growth
What’s in it for you
Base salary: $75,000–$95,000 (depending on experience)
Commission structure averaging $25,000–$100,000+ annually
