We’re working with a well-established firm seeking an Attorney to join their McAllen team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys while developing your skills in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do

Handle insurance defense & civil litigation cases

Take and defend depositions
-
Draft motions, pleadings, and reports

Conduct legal research and analyze testimony
-
Manage case details from start to finish
-
Work directly with senior attorneys and grow into more responsibility over time
-
3–5 years of attorney experience
-
Strong deposition and writing skills
-
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines
-
Detail-oriented and organized
-
Active Texas Bar license
If your background is in another area of litigation and you’ve been wanting to move into insurance defense, we’re open to that.
