We have has been designing, developing, and manufacturing flow computer products to serve the oil and gas industry for over 30 years.
Our models are installed throughout the world in most oil and gas measuring systems. They are recognized for their quality, long term reliability, ease-of-use functionality without custom programming, low-cost engineering, and performance.
About the role:
•
The Application Specialist role calls for the ability to provide customers with in-depth product knowledge and exceptional services, to help them formulate a purchase decision.
•
The Application Specialist acts as a point of contact for the company to its customers for product information, sales proposals and customer sales orders.
•
This role requires technical and electronic knowledge of process automation measurement instruments and systems. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
•
The role requires excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a high-energy, hands-on contributor to find solutions.
Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
•
Work with domestic and international customers through question-and-answer process to determine solutions to meet their needs.
•
Ensure the selection of the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, company guidelines and procedures, and applicable regulations.
•
Responsible for application review, development, and validation of proposals for products and services.
•
Supporting order entry and shipping.
•
Work collaboratively with the other company departments to coordinate and expedite critical, time sensitive customer orders and provide efficient and timely service to customers.
•
Provide periodic reports to Management.
Candidate requirements:
•
Associate degree with a Technical and Business focus; 5 (five) years related technical experience. Extensive experience in lieu of education can be considered.
•
In-depth technical and electronic knowledge of process automation
