Position: Administrative Clerk

Location: Galleria area

Hours: 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch from 12:30—1:30pm).

Pay: $16 - $18/hour 

Contract to hire role - contract period has no set timeline.

Position is open due to growth.

Job Duties:
  • Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in sorting, categorizing, and archiving paperwork.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Relay messages to the relevant parties.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Report any malfunctioning office equipment and coordinate repairs.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
