Seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist having 3 to 6 years of experience. Must be proficient in Excel, Teams, Outlook, and MSW! Must be professional, have excellent tenure, be pro active, and be highly reliable. Will be working with third party vendors, making travel arrangements, booking hotels, etc. Answering phones, greeting clients, etc. Must have a "no job is beneath you" mentality! Excellent culture and great group of people. Benefits including full medical and dental coverage paid 100%, long and short term disability, discretionary year end bonus, paid parking, and matched 401K. Paying from $60 to $60 base pay and ready to hire ASAP!
