Job Description
Temporary Administrative Coordinator (On-Site | Full-Time)
Location: North Houston / The Woodlands Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | On-Site
Duration: Temporary Assignment
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a fast-paced industrial/corporate environment. This role will provide administrative, operational, procurement, and coordination support across multiple functions and teams.
Key Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and internet applications
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar business platforms preferred
- Familiarity with collaboration and document-management systems such as SharePoint or Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and support multiple assignments simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to confidentiality and customer service
- Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, procedures, and filing systems
- Organize and update departmental databases, shared folders, and internal documentation
- Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company procedures
- Create and process purchase requisitions and receipt documentation
- Coordinate with internal support teams to facilitate invoice processing and purchasing activities
- Track and assist with procurement-related documentation and follow-up activities
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, training sessions, and travel arrangements
- Support office operations including supply management, mail distribution, and equipment coordination
- Assist with visitor coordination and general site administrative activities
- Support maintenance of procedural documentation, logs, contractor records, and compliance files
- Upload and maintain safety and compliance-related information as required
- Participate in required organizational and safety training programs
- Provide backup administrative support to other team members as needed
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety activities and related administrative tasks
- Follow supervisor instructions and support team objectives
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented approach
- Participate in company-required training and safety initiatives
