Administrative Assistant for Land Team- Sugar Land
A well-known homebuilder located in the Sugar Land area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Land Team. Candidates must have previous or current experience working with a residential homebuilder, commercial real estate firm, or a construction company. Responsibilities include:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Land Department by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining organized files, and handling departmental correspondence.

Assist with the preparation and organization of project documentation, forms, and reports while collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Accurately enter and maintain data within company databases, verifying information and cross-referencing documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Support the coordination and processing of construction loan documentation with financial institutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records related to land acquisition, lot development, and ongoing project activities.
