As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring that our day-to-day activities run smoothly. Your role is pivotal in supporting our team and enhancing our ability to serve families effectively. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and partners, making your role essential in creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and physical.
- Support program coordinators with documentation and data entry.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Participate in special projects and community events as needed.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required. A passion for helping others is essential!
