This is a contract position with the likelihood of working into a permanent position. Company is located in Northwest Houston. The location is currently going through a complete remodel, so this position will be 100% remote through approximately April of 2024. Once perm and the office is open a hybrid schedule will be offered.
- Advanced Word/Excel - Proficiency working within Outlook - Fast & accurate data entry - Strong customer service - Experience arranging domestic travel
- Processing basic billing
JOB DESCRIPTION Create service agreements, billing, arrange travel, registration for courses, create processes and/or tracking systems to ensure all requests are met in a timely manner, answer phone calls from customers regarding services and workshops, and maintain professionalism at work.
WHILE WORKING REMOTE (must be willing to work in the office once it re-opens)
- You will be provided with a laptop and an extra monitor
- You will be required a quiet space to work at home, free of distractions, with a reliable and fast Wi-Fi (minimum of 25 MBPS)
- You will need to be responsive to communication from staff and required to use "Teams" for meetings and to respond to communication throughout the day.
