- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule office repairs and maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as required.
- Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist in organizing and archiving company records.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure visitors are properly registered and directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
