Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable / Credit Specialist to join our client in North West Houston area. This is a direct hire opportunity, with benefits and great company culture!
Job Summary: 
  • Carry out credit reviews
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and maintain constant communication with customer accounts to ensure prompt payment
  • Properly evaluate cash flow analysis or payment forecast
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customer responses regarding accounts receivable and billing questions
  • Assist with billing, administration, and cash applications, as well as accounts receivable duties and credit duties
  • Enter and correct customer information in ERP System

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent credit and collection experience, five years plus strongly preferred
  • Experience with Texas Notices, Liens and Waivers is required
  • Detailed and organized work habits
  • Strong communication with internal and external customers
  • Experienced in MS Office, intermediate Excel, a plus 
  • 100% in office, hybrid not offered, 8-5 (7:30-4:30) M-F work hours
