Accounting Associate – AP/AR Specialist
Great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with a strong AP/AR and bookkeeping background to join a commercial real estate team!
What they’re looking for:
- 6+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience managing accounting for multiple entities
- Bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Cash management and cash-based accounting
- Working knowledge of P&L statements and Balance Sheets
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organized, accurate and able to work independently
- Yardi Voyager experience is a big plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Commercial real estate/lease administration exposure is a plus
What you’ll be doing:
- Full-cycle AP & AR
- Vendor invoices, payments, ACH and wires
- Tenant payments, deposits and receivables
- Daily cash management across multiple entities
- Bank reconciliations and routine journal entries
- Payroll processing through QuickBooks
- Lease administration and tenant billing support
- Bookkeeping for additional related entities and operations
