Job Description
- Full-cycle accounting – A/P, A/R, month-end close, bank recs, fixed assets, and reporting.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and support tax reporting, including sales and use tax.
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis for US & UK leadership.
- Partner with external payroll and 401k providers; liaise with tax advisors and auditors.
- Implement internal controls and support ERP processes (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Act as the finance lead for all US operations, supporting a dynamic, growing team.
- 5+ years of accounting experience – ideally in a standalone or SME environment.
- CPA preferred (or in progress) – strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance.
- Background in aviation, aerospace, supply chain, or distribution a major plus.
