Prestigious HVAC supplier is seeking two senior level Account Managers for the Austin market. They will oversee commercial, institutional and contractor sales of various brands of equipment, parts, and supplies. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while being accountable for driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyzing your territory and developing, executing, and monitoring sales programs that will attract competitor accounts and new customers.
· Create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
· Manage any customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner
· Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and building long-term relationships with them
· Proactively generating new business opportunities while developing and execute strategic plans to help grow existing customer’s business.
· Attending sales meetings with management to review monthly activities and progress or issues.
· Ability to present and manage Watsco Ventures and digital programs.
