Account Executive
Job Description
Join a fast-paced, high-growth team helping banks and credit unions transform their marketing and engagement strategies. As an Account Executive IV, you’ll manage complex solution sales cycles, deepen key client relationships, and drive revenue with strategic accounts across the financial sector.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a territory of financial institution clients
- Manage $250K–$500K+ solution-based sales cycles
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver compelling insights and proposals to decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to exceed client expectations
- Travel as needed to meet with clients (up to 50%)
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role
- Experience selling into banks, credit unions, fintech, or consulting (preferred)
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present to senior leadership and influence decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (required); Master’s preferred
