AP Specialist - Conroe, TX 77304
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses, managing accounts payable for multiple entities, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Conduct monthly reviews and provide support for audits.
- Additional responsibilities include process improvement recommendations and understanding company goals.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 7 years of AP experience, proficiency in NetSuite and intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
- Knowledge of KPIs and reporting for performance management is a plus.
