Job Description

Manufacturing Company in Northwest Houston has an immediate need for a recruiter.

Opportunity to work with a positive, energetic recruiting team.
This role is full desk/cycle recruiting, from the intake call with manager, sourcing, scheduling, screening, drafting extending offers, background, assign employee number, onboarding, I-9, to hiring the candidate into our HRIS system.  

Must haves: 
  •  2-5 years of recruiting experience. 
  • Need a recruiter with experience recruiting outside sales, getting creative to find candidates in rural areas.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of customer service. 
  • Wanting to make an impact by working on projects to improve processes and creating standardization. 
  • Wanting to learn more within HR with having our hands in the mix with payroll audits, wanting to learn and dig into immigration questions for international candidates.   
  • Ability to travel to college campus events, especially in September and January each year, sometimes out of state and overnight for the max of 3 nights. 

This position will be Onsite 5 days a week for the first 90 days, hybrid schedule after 90 days with 2 days remote, 3 days in office, with the flexibility to come in for office coverage or meetings as needed
Compensation: Max of $75K with $2,500 bonus potential
