Job Description

Burnett is so excited to be partnering with a top Fiber Internet Provider in the Houston area! They are looking to add several great Outside Sales Reps to their busy team. These Reps will target newer communities in the North and Southwest areas of Houston (Conroe, Pearland, Sugar Land, Missouri City, etc). Their main focus is educating and signing customers up for their Fiber Internet Services. Outgoing, friendly and well-spoken people are who they need! Ideal candidates will come from Comcast, Verizon, Spectrum, Pest Control, Security Companies, Solar Companies, Insurance, etc...anywhere that typically does in-person sales for services/products. They are also open to retail and restaurant experience as long as your communication skills are on point! The next training class will be starting 4/15 so interviews are happening now! 

Key Points:
  • This is Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales
  • Roles are Full Time, Direct Hire opportunities
  • Starting Salary is $40K + monthly commission on sales (successful sales reps are averaging $100K)
  • $500 per month car allowance
  • $50 per month cell phone allowance
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 12noon - 8pm (weekend work is not required, but allowed)
  • Must stay in your area for the whole shift (can't leave to go run errands and then come back)
  • Terrories will be assigned in new build/construction neighborhoods
  • Current Territories will be in the North near Conroe and South/Southwest near Pearland/Sugar Land/Missouri City
  • Will work an area for 3-4 days and then be assigned to another one
  • Training will be paid (1 week in office, 1 week shadowing, 1 week field training)
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and insurance
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen required
