In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our organization's learning management system to ensure seamless training experiences for our employees. Responsibilities of the LMS Administrator:
  • Configure and maintain the Cornerstone LMS platform for optimal functionality, including user management, content creation, and reporting.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain training content, courses, and resources.
  • Address technical issues, resolve user queries, and provide timely support.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, instructors, and stakeholders on LMS usage.
  • Create and update user manuals, guides, and FAQs related to the LMS.
  • Provide ongoing support to LMS users, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through system functionalities.
  • Generate regular reports on training completion, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, monitor data quality, and perform regular audits.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to align LMS processes with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Cornerstone representatives for system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within the LMS.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance LMS efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and promote accessibility standards for LMS content.
Qualifications of the LMS Administrator:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LMS administrator, Cornerstone LMS required.
  • Familiarity with SCORM and AICC standards.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
