Responsibilities: 
  • Contact project managers to obtain key documentation needed to move projects forward. 
  • Develop a rapport with each contact, provide thorough information and the client who has engaged us, as well as the purpose of the needed documentation. 
  • Generate and send documentation to each contact, owning full responsibility for obtaining the signed documentation back with a high sense of urgency. Update and maintain all applicable databases. 
  • Own the process from initial call to follow up and documenting the system. 
  • Top performance is rewarded! Base, bonus and on-going contests! 
  • This is a full-time position and local candidates will be given top priority.

Qualifications 
  • MINIMUM 1 year of outside or inside sales, business development or account management - upselling, reviving house accounts, cross selling or developing new business. 
  • Keen ability to develop a strong working partnership with contacts. 
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency. 
  • Superb communication skills. 
  • FOUR year bachelor degree of accredited university required (most bachelor degree acceptable).
