Our client is the global market leader for waterjet propulsion systems for high speed marine vessels. This position will be at the company's Regional Office for Americas in Seattle WA.
As a preferred supplier to boat builders, naval architects and marine operators they are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager you will direct and lead water jet sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.

Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager
Driving revenue and conversion for the division
Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the commercial sales processes
Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc
Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports
Requirements
Experience managing an in-home sales team
Water jet sales experience/knowledge required
Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Strong presentation and customer service skills
Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
