Regional Clinical Director Position Overview
Located in: Virginia Beach, VA 23454

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

SALARY: $100,000-115,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, implements, and monitors the operational activities of the clinic locations to include staffing levels, census development activities, determining information technology requirements, financial and operating goals, and plans and develops systems and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of operations to meet productivity, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives.

Engage with corporate leadership to stay apprised of company guidance, provide updates on clinical operations and execute strategic planning.

Provide direct support to Clinical Directors through frequent communication and clinic visits to communicate company updates, provide direction and create space for team collaboration.

In collaboration with finance, develop, implement, and achieve annual budget outcomes. Ensure the necessary resources are available to achieve the desired results.

Develop and implement strategy to develop clinical leadership, prioritized for resource assignment for existing and future clinics.

Clearly communicate KPIs to Clinical Directors, anticipate challenge areas and proactively provide execution guidance.

Monitor KPIs for performance, recognize strong execution and provide coaching for clinics falling short of expectations.

Ensure all clinical personnel receive the training necessary, on a timely basis, to effectively perform their job duties.

Represent the Company by membership in related professional associations.

Ensure all clinical personnel adhere to the Company's high professional, clinical, billing, and ethical standards.

Foster camaraderie, culture and build relationships with staff through quarterly team outings. Attend clinic events as possible to help shape the clinics' culture.

Oversee the client admissions process ensuring new and/or returning clients receive the necessary insurance authorizations and are placed in the appropriate programs in an efficient and timely manner.

Communicate insurance company policies and billing procedures to clinical personnel to guarantee adherence to contractual requirements and ensure claims get paid upon initial submission.

Performs other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

BCBA Certification (Required)

Experience with providing services to families and children in their homes and in inclusionary settings.

Experience, knowledge, and confidence in supervising a staff of therapists, and providing staff training.

Exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues and families.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent management skills, experience managing caseload.

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.

Must be energetic, patient, honest, responsible, and committed.

Must have reliable transportation.

Level 2 Background screening required, and other documents will be required upon hiring.
