Licensed TX Insurance Agent
 
 We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in educating clients, assessing their needs, and providing them with comprehensive coverage solutions. Your goal will be to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent service.


Location: Fully In office- Webster, TX  Salary: $30k-40k base plus commission (total $65k for the year)
Training will be provided! 

Skills:
  • Property and casualty experience 
  • Concentrate on renewals

Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid insurance agent license for the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to guide clients towards suitable coverage options.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills for managing policies, paperwork, and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
