If you have a passion for the education industry and recent 2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, this is the job for you!
Position starts off contract with a strong potential of working into permanent. Those that are lucky enough to go permanent received fully paid health insurance including an excessive amount of holidays!
Duties include:
Creating & editing of forms
Reaching out to the Human Resource departments at various school districts
Entering data to maintain current program and certification records
Creating and proofreading service agreements
Answering emails and departmental phones
Assisting with travel arrangements
Taking inventory and ordering supplies
Verifying all requisitions, expense forms, purchase orders and department invoices
Job requires:
Proficiency with MS Word & MS Excel. Adobe is a plus!
Recent 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative support role
Ability to pass a background check
This is an in-office position – 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
