Accounts Payable Specialist - Galleria
Responsibilities
  • Review, verify, code, and process invoices, expense reports, credit cards,  and check requests
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Qualifications
  • College Degree, any field, required
  • 6 months + of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data entry skills
  • Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
