Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, code, and process invoices, expense reports, credit cards, and check requests
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- College Degree, any field, required
- 6 months + of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data entry skills
- Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
