Job Description

Accounting Manager - Houston, TX 77098 Responsibilities:
  • Prepare/review month end close items, reconciliations and analysis
  • Prepare quarterly, year-end statement (yellow book) and supplemental filings
  • Assist with annual audits, regulatory examinations and inquiries
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Accounting degree
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • 7 or more years of accounting/audit experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • Insurance / reinsurance experience a plus
